Yaara Tsairi, Advisor for Parliamentary Affairs<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Yaara grew up on Moshav Dor. She completed her bachelor’s degree in education and international relations at Hebrew University and her master’s degree with highest honors in environmental studies from Tel Aviv University. Today she is a Ph.D. candidate at the Technion with a focus on transportation planning.\u00a0 Yaara served as an education officer in the Israeli army and has worked as a high school teacher. Later she held positions in civil society, working at the Society for Protection of Nature in Israel and \u201cFifteen Minutes\u201d an Israeli sustainable transport advocacy group.\u00a0 She was also the editor of the highly regarded \u201cNational Carrying Capacity, Israel 2050 Report\u201d published by Zafuf in 2021.\u00a0 Today she lives in Haifa.\u00a0 Yaara is responsible for overseeing, drafting and promotion of all legislation, parliamentary motions and preparation for hearings in Knesset committees. She also heads all initiatives involving transportation policy.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Shimri Negbi, Spokesperson<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Shimri grew up in Jerusalem. He has an undergraduate degree from Ben Gurion University in Politics and Government as well as Middle Eastern Studies.\u00a0 Shimri is a graduate of the prestigious leadership program at the Heschel Center for Sustainability.\u00a0 For many years Shimri worked in Israeli affairs at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies. He is presently a resident of Tel Aviv, although he often sees the coasts of Sinai as a second home. Shimri oversees all matters involving Israeli and international press, social media, and coordinates the Knesset lobby for preservation of the Jerusalem hills.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Snir Schwartz, Chief of Staff<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Snir grew up in Yokenam. He has an undergraduate degree in marine studies from Haifa University and a master’s degree in environmental management from Haifa University.  Snir oversees the administration of the office and all field work and coordination with civil society.  He coordinates work in the area of marine environment protection, Haifa Bay and transboundary environmental cooperation.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Teddy Fischer, Coordinator of International Initiatives<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Teddy Fischer is a mechanical engineer with a masters degree in Environmental Engineering from the Technion. \u00a0 He works for the IBI group designing the underground train stations for the Tel Aviv light rail. Teddy coordinates international events including all English publications and communication with international environmental agencies.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
